About the Module Author

Hi, my name is Tiffany Francis and I created this Collaborative Software Learning Module. This module was created over a three month span with the intention of aiding someone in deciding to use collaborative software. The associated lessons are to help you see actual software and how it can facilitate your needs. Since this is a learning module, I feel it is a work in progress and the content is subject to change. Interest In Topic

I decided to work on this topic in response to the recent decline of business travel in the hospitality/tourism industry. Since business professionals were refraining from traveling to various locations for meetings, I wanted to examine the other ways which they were still meeting with business colleagues and partners. In this project I sought to find the importance of collaborative software in any business industry and the advantages that its use could offer.
