Welcome to HRIMTraining.org. The purpose of this site is to bridge the gap between high school students and the hospitality industry.  This project, EeXCITE (Electronic eXchange of Curriculum In Tourism Education) is the brainchild of Brian Miller, an assistant professor in the Department of Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management at the University of Delaware. Each year, Brian's students taking Hospitality Computer-based Training add hospitality content that is shared freely with secondary educators who are teaching hospitality and tourism curriculum in their classrooms. All teachers who find value in the content presented on this website are encouraged to contact us to share the content they are using successfully in their classrooms with their peers throughout the world.
